Founded in 1981 and proudly based in Monroe, Virginia, Parkway Building and Renovation has built a reputation for quality craftsmanship, reliability, and lasting results. For more than four decades, we’ve served homeowners and businesses across Lynchburg and Central Virginia, helping them transform their properties with beautiful, functional designs and expert construction.

Our Team

Managed by Gary Addison and Kevin Peterson, Parkway is fully licensed for both Commercial (CBC) and Residential (RBC) work. Our team brings decades of hands-on experience to every project, combining technical skill with a deep commitment to customer satisfaction.

Our Process

At Parkway, we follow a simple, customer-focused process. Each project begins with a meeting to understand your goals and needs. Then, we share our plans and estimate with you for approval. Once approved, we will begin work on the project. Once complete, we'll do a final walk through.
